4 She has five years experience in Equity research o4She has eight years experience as a financial consultant on different public and private projects sponsored by international funding organizations covering privatization, corporate restructuring, and management turnarounds.

4  Dr.  Abdel Khalek is a professor in accounting philosophy, a board member in the Egyptian Society for General Finance and Taxation, an economic expert with the Arab League and an auditor with the CMA.

4  He is a tax and economic expert with different valuable publications in taxations and accounting standard issues.  He is also an expert in international agreements and, in particular, the GAAT.

4  Dr. Ossama has been an important member for the EICG BD team especially in tax and regulatory related aspects.
